Tang Yong re -elected as a member of the United Nations Mainland File Board

Xinhua News Agency, United Nations, June 15th. The Election of the United Nations Mainland Football Boundary Committee was held on the 15th at the United Nations Headquarters of New York on the 15th.Tang Yong, a member of the Chinese member and researcher of the Second Ocean Research Institute of the Ministry of Natural Resources, was successfully re -elected with a term of office from 2023 to 2028.

The mainland frame boundary committee is an international institution established in accordance with the Convention on the United Nations Marine Law and officially operated in 1997.The committee consists of 21 independent experts and is responsible for reviewing the boundary case submitted by the coastal countries on the external boundaries of the mainland shelf in the mainland of the mainland.

Since the establishment of the mainland frame boundary committee, Chinese experts have been served as members.
