The project includes three parts

The G2003 Taiyuan Ring Expressway Yoshiwang to Lingjing Store (that is, the Northwest 2nd Ring Road in Taiyuan) has a total length of 160.353 kilometers. It opened in early 2020. The construction period is 4 years. It is expected to be completed and opened to traffic by the end of 2023.

The second ring northwest of Taiyuan consists of the West Second Ring Road, the North Second Ring Road, and the Taikoo High -speed Link.

The line passes through Qingxu County, Gujiao City, Yangqu County in Taiyuan City, Jiaocheng County, Luliang City, and Jingle County, Xinzhou City.

The Northwest 2nd Ring high speed is different in different sections, and the design speed is different. Three special tunnels are located in mountainous areas and are difficult to build. In order to ensure the construction period, the three tunnels all use the method of "oblique well construction". As of late July, the Taixu Tunnel currently excavated 4697.9 meters and 53.7%was completed; 5094.4 meters were excavated on the right line and 57.9%were completed; Mi, 57.3%; 4900.4 meters on the left line of the Niujinshan Tunnel, 74.2%; 5345.7 meters on the right, 80.8%. The highest "head" pier in the 85 bridges of the main line is very difficult to build.

In order to ensure the construction period, this bridge adopts a "hydraulic climbing mold" new process during construction, and the bridge pier template can automatically "climb".

A bridge, the bottom of the bottom is equivalent to the "foot", and the towering pier is the "leg", supporting the flat bridge surface above. Geng Chao, the manager of the ZH07 bid section of the project, said that the geographical location of the bridge is very special. It is located in the "V" groove valley. In order to maintain the overall coherence of the high -speed pavement, the pier pillar is much higher than that of other bridges. The pier is high, and the difficulty of construction has increased accordingly. This is because when pouring the bridge pier with concrete, first build a template outside the steel bars. Under normal circumstances, it is done by layer by layer. However, such a height, artificial operations have certain risks, and the construction speed must be affected, because workers climb from below to the highest place for at least 20 minutes. In view of this, the project department adopts a new process of "hydraulic climbing mold". In short, it is the one -time assembly of the bridge pier template, and then the hydraulic system is used to allow the bridge pier template to automatically climb, so that the process of installing template operations many times, The construction efficiency has been improved by one -third, and costs are also saved.

On July 20th, with the completion of the final concrete pouring of Yanjiashan No. 2 bridge pier 11, the smooth ceiling of the highest pier of the main line was achieved. After the construction of the next step of the bridge was completed, the prefabricated T beam stand was erected and prevented. The upper structure of the bridge such as the collision fence and bridge paving is expected to be penetrated at the end of August.
