The "Black Land Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" was approved by the 35th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress on June 24, 2022, and will be officially implemented from August 1. This is the first time in my country to legislate black land protection. In order to better support the effective implementation of the law, establish a baseline value for comparison and reference, and comprehensively and systematically grasp information such as the distribution, structure, quality, and conditions of my country's black land, the country launched the first half of the year this year.

Investigation team members adopted a backpack drill in Wulhang City to adopt black land samples

Black soil is the most fertile soil in the world. It takes 200 to 400 years to form a 1 cm thick black soil layer under natural conditions. Because of this, black land is the soil with the highest fertility, the most suitable farming, and the most producing potential, and is known as "giant pandas in cultivated land". As one of the only three big black soil areas in the northeast of the northeast of my country, it is an important region in my country and the largest commercial grain production base in China. The "Fourteenth Five -Year Plan" and the long -view target outline of 2035 should be clearly proposed to implement the black land protection project and strengthen the protection of black land in Northeast China. Finding the quality of the land is of great significance for serving the high -quality development of agriculture, promoting the upgrading of agricultural industries, the definition of the red line of the cultivated land, the scientific formulation of land use planning, and the realization of land quality and ecological comprehensive management and protection.

Investigation team members adopted a black land sample in Luoyang shovel in Wuchang City

According to the China Geological Survey Bureau Harbin Natural Resources Comprehensive Survey Center (hereinafter referred to as the Harbin Center), the Black Land surface matrix survey is based on the third national land survey results as the base map, with high score remote sensing, integrated survey and other modern technologies To support the means, comprehensively use the technical means such as the "empty sky network diamond" to conduct a survey of the number, quality, and ecological "three -in -one" survey of black land surface matrix. The Harbin Center has started the pilot work of the surface matrix survey since last year. It is mainly responsible for the Songnen Plain area. At present, there are 4 project teams conducted black land on the field survey in Harbin, Suihua, Heihe City and other places. From 2023, the survey area is about 96,000 square kilometers. The task has been completed over half.

Investigation team members performed geological profile measurements in Wuchang City

According to Yang Ke, the person in charge of the project, on the basis of the comprehensive data, the project team combines a variety of methods such as remote sensing geological interpretation, field route investigation, materialized drilling project verification, database information construction, and three -dimensional geological modeling. It was found out the attributes such as the plane distribution, vertical structure, material composition, physical and chemical properties, ecological indicators, etc. In the next step, the results of related investigations will be integrated, and spatial adaptability evaluation methods based on the surface matrix of the black soil will be explored to provide land science and technology support for the protection of black land and help Longjiang's economic and social development.
