Professor Liu Tao was selected into the award

Professor Liu Tao is actively engaged in metallurgical science and technology. He has achieved outstanding achievements in the scientific research field he is engaged in. He is an outstanding representative of Metallurgical Science and Technology Workers in Wuxing University. As the head of the national key R & D plan project, 12 important projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Science and Technology Support Program Project were presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In 2019, he was selected as a national talent project and was awarded the honorary title of "outstanding contributions to young and middle -aged experts".

Focusing on the key core issues of the cleaning and use of resources in China, Professor Liu Tao and his team have achieved outstanding results in terms of the cleaning and extraction of resource cleaning, the utilization of the resource of the tail -tailed residue, and the chemical energy storage application of the pillar solution.

Professor Liu Tao and his team have won the second prize of the 2017 National Technology Invention, 2 second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress in 2010 and 2007, 1 first prize of the Ministry of Environmental Protection Science and Technology in 2016, and Hubei Provincial Technology Invention 1 first prize and 4 first prizes in Hubei Province.
