The plant immune team focuses on the nutrition parasitic characteristics of wheat rusty bacteria, and tapped the world's first wheat sensor gene TAPSIPK1, which was used by the toxic protein of the germs -coded cytoprocin kinase. The basic immunity of the sensor of the diseased genes, the toxic protein PSSPG1 that can be secreted by the rusty bacteria, the release of the cell nucleus from the cellular membrane, the transcription factor TACBF1 in the nuclear operation of the cell, inhibit the transcription of the resistance -related genes, and enhance the transcription level of TAPSIPK1. Apricate Tapsipk1 -mediated sensing effects and promote wheat sensation. The results system revealed the sensorization mechanism of the phosphorylation and transcription regulatory level of PSSSPG1-TAPSIPK1-TACBF1D.
