Recently, the market supervision department of Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province carried out food safety night inspections, including inspection of catering units qualifications, employees' health certificates, food and raw materials purchase lists, chef environmental sanitation, quality of ingredients, and disinfection of tableware.It is understood that since this year, the Nanjing Market Supervision Bureau has actively carried out special actions for the "bottom line, investigating hidden dangers, and security" of food safety.
