Organize treatment in a timely manner to maximize the harm of high -temperature weather operations to workers' health, and fully protect the safety and health of the workers.
The "Notice" emphasizes that coordinated labor relations at all levels should guide and urge the employer to reasonably arrange the outdoor working hours of workers in high temperature weather in accordance with the characteristics of the unit's production. Rotate the class to shorten the outdoor continuous working hours. It is necessary to guide and urge the employers to implement various heatstroke cooling measures, timely negotiate and adjust work tasks for workers who are not suitable for high -temperature weather, and issue high temperature allowances to qualified workers in a timely manner.
The "Notice" requires that the human resources and social security departments at all levels should strengthen law enforcement inspections, unblock the channels for reporting and complaints, and investigate and deal with the illegal behavior of employers in accordance with the law. Trade unions at all levels must conscientiously perform their supervision and inspection duties, and urge employers to implement labor protection and heatstroke and cooling regulations. The Enterprise Federation and the Federation of Industry and Commerce at all levels should guide enterprises to actively bear social responsibility, care about the physical and mental health of workers, and implement the measures of heatstroke and cooling down.
