On August 1, the "Notice of the Hangzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center on the Implementation of the Preferential Policies of Housing Provident Fund for Three -Child Family Housing" was issued, which was clear: clear:

If a three -child family purchases the first ordinary self -occupied housing and apply for a housing provident fund loan for the first time, the loan amount can be determined by 20%of the loan amount calculated at the time of the family application loan.

If a three -child family has no housing housing withdrawal housing provident fund, the withdrawal limit is determined by 50%according to the prescribed quota standard. It is currently: Hangzhou City (including Xiaoshan District, Yuhang District, Linping District, Fuyang District, Lin'an District)Yuan/month, Tonglu County is 1260 yuan/month, Chun'an County is 900 yuan/month, and Jiande City is 720 yuan/month.

This notice will be implemented from August 1, 2022.The topic floating policy is not superimposed with the floating policy of other housing provident fund loans and withdrawals.
