Anqing City introduced the performance evaluation methods and evaluation indicators of legal aid of people's livelihood projects

In order to strengthen the performance management of the people's livelihood project (people's livelihood) and improve project efficiency in order to strengthen the legal aid of urban and rural difficult groups, recently, the Anqing Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Municipal Finance Bureau issued the "Measures for the Performance Evaluation Measures for the Legal Livelihood Project of the Law Livelihood Project of City and Rural Difficulties in Anqing City" 2022 Urban and Rural Difficulties Group Legal Aid of the Performance Evaluation Indicators of the People's Livelihood Project ".

There are 16 performance evaluation methods. The self -evaluation targets are the implementation of legal aid projects of urban and rural difficulties in each county (city, district), and third -party performance evaluation targets are counties (cities, districts). Performance evaluation adopts a percentage system, with a full score of 100 points. It is divided into four levels: excellent, good, medium, and difference according to the score.

Performance evaluation adheres to the principles of "hierarchical management, each responsibility; qualitative analysis, quantitative scores; target -oriented, strengthen monitoring". The main content of the evaluation is divided into four parts: "project input, project process, project output, and project effect". Evaluation indicators are composed of 4 first -level indicators, 12 second -level indicators, and 25 third -level indicators. The comprehensive performance evaluation adopts comparative methods, cost benefit analysis methods, expert evaluation methods, and public judgment laws.
