There is nothing small in residents. This sentence has always been a sentence that community workers are in their hearts. We have to run for the residents to do practical things, run around to mediate the shortness of the parents, and go for a well -off.

This year is the 22nd year I work in community work. Parking, transformation of pipelines, and disputes, and disputes, pieces are all "small things" of the masses, but they are all "big things" in my heart. The residents are saying, "Find Sister Xiang"! "Indeed, our community is a big family. Everyone loves each other and helps each other.

I still remember that when I first arrived in the Tongdu community, the two key tasks were waiting for me -the renovation of the old community in the community and the reconstruction of the party and mass service center.

Five years ago, the Tongdu Community was a industrial and mining community, muddy and difficult, and it was a standard "old -fashioned" community. In 2017, the lower land area started the old reform in accordance with the concept of "underground and then ground, first function and then landscape". After two years of careful polishing, the Tongdu community became a "net red punch point".

In the Tongdu community, a group of retired old party members lived here. How can they play their model leading role? Our community is actively exploring -to establish a small position in each grid in the jurisdiction to facilitate retired old party members to participate in learning activities nearby, so that veteran party members can "add firewood" and "even fire" to improve grassroots governance.

What moved me the most was Liu Huajin, an old party member with more than 50 years of party age. After knowing that the community wanted to build a small position in a grid, he took the initiative to free up a house at the back door of his house and set up a party member activity room. Outside the door, the "Happy neighborhood party member's house" was hung; inside the house, the oath of the party was eye -catching, and there was a "red book", which was placed on the party newspaper and party magazine.

In recent years, the community focuses on building a "15 -minute life circle" around the construction of residents, and has built a one -stop service hall, a love cafeteria, a book reading room, a smart pension platform, a residential venue, etc. For residents, the "hour's hour" saves time, shorten the distance, deepen emotions, and settled in the body and mind. Seeing that the residents were so comfortable, I was relieved!

The community is the nerve ending of the party and the government to contact the masses and serve the masses. As the "intimate person" of the masses, I will continue to go deep into the front line to help the people. At the same time, I will work with the community cadres and the masses to carry out a beautiful environment and a happy life to create activities, mobilize the masses to build co -governance sharing, and think in one place and work hard!
