At the results of the China Computing Power Conference results held in Jinan on July 31, Zhao Ronggui, deputy director of the Journalism and Propaganda Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, released the "Analysis Report of China Computing Power Construction Network Communication from 2021-2022" (hereinafter referred to as the "Report Report ")). As an important achievement of the first China Computing Power Conference, the "Report" panorama showed the network dissemination of China's computing power construction, sorted out public opinion's evaluation of the development of computing power, and judged the risk of network communication and development of computing power.

The "Report" presented the network communication trend of China's computing power from five aspects: network communication trend, information distribution situation, regional communication volume, media communication high -frequency words, and hot topic lists. The "Report" adopts the combination of "systems and artificial artificial", relying on the big data public opinion monitoring system of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Public Data Public Opinion Monitoring System to evaluate the comprehensive spread of computing power construction of the nationwide provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and enterprises. The computing power construction capacity of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Hubei provinces and cities is in a leading position in the country. Among them, Beijing, as the capital, has unique advantages in terms of political, economic, cultural, location, and media resources. It has played a model leader in other cities in the country in other cities across the country in policy planning, industry practice, scientific research innovation, and coordinated development of urban circles in computing power construction. The role is ranked first with a comprehensive communication index of 65 points. Followed by Shanghai, Guangdong, and Zhejiang, the overall economic levels of the economy are relatively high, and they have invested large and cities in terms of data center construction. In terms of enterprises, the comprehensive communication capabilities of China Mobile, Baidu, Alibaba, China Unicom, and China Telecom are in the first echelon.

The "Report" pointed out that today, which is becoming increasingly fierce in global computing power competition, my country's computing power has released strong competitiveness and unique advantages in international competition. Public opinion is generally optimistic about the huge potential contained in my country's computing power market, highly affirmed the coordination and leading role of computing power construction on economic and social development, and generally given positive evaluations in core issues such as support policies, strategic layout, infrastructure construction.

The "Report" pointed out that there is still insufficient computing power construction in China at the moment. The key technology "card neck" is still the pain point of the industry. The overall energy consumption and carbon emissions of computing power infrastructure need to be valued. The security of network information is not to be sloppy; the problems of imbalances in supply and demand and uneven regional distribution in data center construction need to be resolved urgently. Entering the second half of 2022, the following three aspects need to be focused on: first, in the competition barrier of the technology "card neck", some key technologies are expected to make breakthroughs; second, the substantial growth of data transmission and storage will be put forward by the construction of computing power. High requirements; third, the need for intensive, large -scale, and greening makes energy -saving technology may become a key direction for the research and development of computing power technology.

The computing power is responsible for the construction of a strong manufacturing country and the construction of the Internet, supports the core framework of the development of the digital economy, and drives the digital transformation of economic and social. At this time, the "Report" combined with domestic policy orientation, development status and public opinion feedback, provided a strategic guidance for the computing power industry to be authoritative, referenced, and reference.
