During the admission period, candidates can inquire 6 states of electronic file operation:

1. "Freedom can be cast": It means that the candidate's report has not yet begun to submit files, or the candidate’s file does not meet the conditions of the file and is not submitted, or the school is retired after being submitted. For candidates, candidates can see the reasons for the recent retirement of the college.

2. "Has been submitted": It means that the provincial recruitment office has invested the archives to the college, but the college has not downloaded the information.

3. "College is reading": It means that the college has downloaded the file information and is reviewing the electronic archives of the candidates.

4. "Establishment of institutions": It means that the candidates do not accept the colleges and universities for various reasons.

5. "College pre -record": It means that the college is preparing to admit to the candidate, and has submitted the list of admission to the Provincial Recruitment Office through the Internet, waiting for the provincial recording and inspection review.

6. "Admission": It means that candidates' online admission information is approved by the provincial recruitment office.
