Shenzhen Metro Line 12 Chiwan Parking Lot is close to Shenzhen's second largest freight terminal Shekou Terminal. It is the supporting project of Shenzhen Metro Line 12 and the largest subway parking lot under construction in Shenzhen. After completion, it will undertake the parking and inspection of some vehicles in Line 12. The parking lot is 1050 meters long, the widest point is 370 meters, the narrowest point is 90 meters, and the total area is 24.1 hectares, which is equivalent to the size of 34 football fields. After completion, 40 subways can be parked.

There are about 1221 columns in the Chiwan parking lot, nearly 100,000 square meters of beams, and 328,000 cubic meters of concrete. Faced with the large concrete pouring volume, Shenzhen Metro Group and China Electricity Construction jointly created "mirror concrete" together, and each link of the concrete raw material coordination ratio design, construction plan, warehouse design, steel bar ratio and other links strictly controlled each link. Metro Line 12 is a subway line that supports the development of western Shenzhen. The total length of the line is about 40.6 kilometers, and the entire line is set up on the entire line; there are 33 stations, including 18 transfer stations, which can be called the western "transfer king". This line starts from the left turret station of Nanshan District, and after wearing the central area of ​​Vietnam, Baoan Center, Fiyong District, Dakong Port and Exhibition Area from south to north, it finally goes to the East Station of Baoan District.
