The standards include 11 chapters including applicable scope, standardized reference documents, terms and definitions, levels and signs, overall requirements, public environment and supporting, construction and facilities, health and services, management and management, hierarchical division conditions, and grade division methods. Standards are more clear about the level of grade division. Among them, Class C is a common type of homestay, and the B is a quality homestay, which adds more than 10.2.1 clauses to the homestay facilities and equipment, management and management, community contribution and other aspects. The level is a benchmark homestay, which has added 10.3.1 clauses to further improve the facilities and equipment, operations and management, characteristics and other requirements on the basis of the B homestay.

The standards are clear that the hygiene and service requirements of tourist homestays include the requirements of guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, indoor and outdoor public areas and customer supplies, host services, daily reception services, customized services, and other services. The standards are also clear that the specific measures and score rules for the formulation of tourism homestay levels to formulate the level of tourism homestays. In accordance with the scoring rules, the level of comprehensive evaluation scoring of tourist homestays is determined. Travel homestays that meet the requirements of the corresponding levels can be used for the level logo, which is valid for three years. After three years, it should be reviewed.
