On July 9th, the preliminary end of the sixth "Blue Hat Cup" National College Student Cyber ​​Security Skills Contest was successfully concluded. 973 participating teams and 2122 players, experienced 10 hours, tried 5951 problems in a total of 5951 problems, submitted more than 15,000 FLAG times, and 22 competition questions were broken by 21 questions. As a practical skill contest for national public security colleges and ordinary university college students, the "Blue Hat Cup" National College Student Network Security Skills Competition has been held for six consecutive sessions.

The 6th "Blue Hat Cup" is directed by the Cyber ​​Security Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, the Education Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education, the National Federation of Trade Unions · China Electrifying Education Center, the China Education Technology Association, the People's Public Security University of China, Beijing Institute of Technology and Qi Anxin Technology Group Co., Ltd. jointly hosted and upgraded to comprehensive event activities. On the basis of the CTF competition, this competition increases the proportion of electronic evidence collection questions, and promotes players to contact more actual combat scenes, becoming the first network security skills contest for deep integration of offensive and defensive confrontation and electronic evidence collection business scenarios.

The competition of the whole day is very fierce, and the ranking frequency of each team is very high. Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications finally won the first list with 2837 points and two "one blood"; Zhejiang Normal University and Chengdu University of Technology were ranked two or three respectively.

The current "Blue Hat Cup" competition has increased the proportion of electronic evidence collection. It is intended to investigate and enhance the practical technical ability of students. Among them, the CTF competition is divided into five directions: web security (web), software reverse (Reverse), binary vulnerability mining and utilization (PWN), Crypto and miscellaneous (MISC). In large areas, focus on the skill proficiency and the breadth of the knowledge of players; electronic evidence collection questions are divided into four types: mobile phone evidence collection, computer evidence collection, program analysis, website evidence, topic starting from actual combat, simulating the processing problem of evidence collection requirements for real scenes Content, various aspects of evidence collection technical skills of the players.
