Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City entered the park college to win CIPPE2022 Petroleum Petrochemical Exhibition and Exhibition Innovation Gold Award

From July 28th to July 30th, the 22nd China International Petroleum Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition was held in Shenzhen. The review committee, the exhibition selected the "Key Technology for Safety Evaluation of Active Petroleum Hyders and Marine Structural Equipment" from more than 10,000 exhibitors in more than 10,000 exhibitors.

"Key technologies for the safety evaluation of active oil manhole and marine structure equipment" were jointly completed by the Northeast University of Petroleum University and the Sanya Marine Oil and Gas Research Institute of Northeast Petroleum University. Hosted by Professor Fu Chengde, 11 senior experts including Academician Zhai Guangming, Academician Zhang Laibin, Academician Li Yang, and Academician Cao Chunxiao were approved as the only gold award in the year of the year.

Due to the influence of factor -loading and transportation, marine manhole and structure equipment in high -salt marine corrosion environment, drilling operations, overload effects, hurricane giant waves such as the marine environment, etc. Various damage such as deformation, fatigue, cracks, and rust, which leads to a significant decrease in the bearing capacity and durability of the manhole and marine structure equipment, which seriously affects the safety of land oil and gas drilling development and production. "Key technologies for safety evaluation of active oil manhole and marine structure equipment", through the carrier test, macro (deformation) and micro (crack) damage detection of physical prototype/interior model/digital model The judgment gives an objective evaluation of scientific science of the manhole and marine structure equipment. At the same time, it puts forward a repair suggestion for the various damage of the mixer and marine structure equipment. After a large number of practical verification and promotion and application, this technology proves that it is scientific and feasible. This technology innovates physical models and test devices, damage identification and testing technology, structural performance testing technology, digital twin and safety evaluation technology, which provides guarantee for ensuring safety production and development of land and marine oil and gas resource exploration.

From 2016 to 2021, the project team of the Northeast University of Petroleum and the Sanya Oil and Gas Research Institute of Northeast Petroleum University inspected a total of 446 manhores. In other maritime testing, the project team completed the detection of 1 offshore drilling machine base of CNOOC, 23 maritime crane detection, 3 marine platform structure monitoring, and 2 land terminal pipeline monitoring. It provides reliable guarantee for the survey and development of land and marine oil and gas resources, and provides theoretical basis and technical services for the safety production of various oil fields.

It is reported that the CIPPE Exhibit Innovation Gold Award was the first in 2012 to recognize and encourage innovative products and leading technologies that have made outstanding contributions to petroleum technology and equipment.
