In the first half of the year, traffic investment exceeded 1.6 trillion yuan, and maintained a high level of operation

The reporter recently learned from the Ministry of Transport: In the first half of the year, my country ’s investment in fixed assets of transportation exceeded 1.6 trillion yuan, an increase of 6.7%year -on -year, and continued to operate high.

Highway construction situation continues to improve. In the first half of the year, nearly 170 and 4,800 kilometers of new highways and ordinary national highway projects started in my country, with a total investment of 291 billion yuan. As of the end of June, the new reconstruction project of highways and ordinary national highways reached 87,000 kilometers, with more than 2,000 projects under construction, with a total investment of about 7.3 trillion yuan.

Major water transportation projects are promoted in an orderly manner. In the first half of the year, the fourth phase of the Taicang Port District of Suzhou Port, and the automation transformation project of Plaza No. 7 and 8 of Qinzhou Port Dali Ping South Operation Zone has been completed and put into operation. The Yangtze River to the Fuling River section channel rectification project, the promotion of the Jiangxi Huaihuai Shipping Project, and the second phase of the 3,000 -ton channel project from Xijiang Guigang to Wuzhou are being accelerated.

In terms of comprehensive transportation hubs, the progress of the comprehensive passenger transportation hub of Changsha Huanghua Airport in Hunan Province exceeded 30%; the Hangzhou Asian Games important transportation supporting project Hangzhou Western Comprehensive Passenger Transport Hub was basically completed; Hainan Free Trade Port Haikou Xinshigang Comprehensive Transportation Project has more than 75%.
