The municipal finance invested at no less than 15 million yuan each year to support core technologies in key areas.
Kaifeng City focuses on cracking the bottlenecks of industrial development and filling key technology gaps. Relying on municipal enterprises and institutions to carry out technological achievements transformation, it will refer to innovative and entrepreneurial talents to enjoy relevant policy treatment with reference to innovation and entrepreneurial talents.The exploration of the unveiling mechanism will announce the release of key core technology projects that have been settled, attracting leading talents and scientific research teams with the ability to support the list, and support at 30%of the contract amount of the project.
