Chen Tieying's hometown of Aoyong Village is an old revolutionary village. The Australian Palace of the village is located in the main traffic channel and has a unique geographical location. In August 1930, the Putian Corporation reorganized the guerrillas from Putian into the 207th Regiment of the 23rd Army of the Red Army of the Chinese Workers and Peasants in the Australian Palace. In October 1933, Chen Tieying was born in Xiaru Mountain. According to his memories, in the winter of 1948, when he was 15 years old, he participated in the underground guerrillas led by the party. Leaded by Comrade Chen Wu, the guerrillas organized a telephone line activity to cut the Kuomintang government in Linkou to Dongfengkeng in Linkou, Aoyong Village. In February 1949, under the leadership of Chen Wu, Chen Tieying and others participated in the guerrilla activities of the three telephone lines of sawing from Dongfangping, Wolling, and Baisha Temple.

In early 1949, in order to cooperate with Putian to liberate south, and to help the masses spend the spring shortage, the organizations and guerrillas at all levels of the Communist Party of China vigorously organized the struggle for the poverty alleviation and gave the masses the actual struggle. The headquarters of the Fujian detachment launched armed grain breakthroughs in Putian in many places. From March to April 1949, the Fukuyong County Party Committee successively had more than 3,000 grains in Ruiyun, Ocean, Pinghu, and Xinxian. More than 550 tons of warehouses have been opened in Lindun, Donghua, Xiyuan, Dingshe, Douxian, and West China. one.

Pinghu Palace is located in Qianpu Village, Zhuangbian Town. Due to the rich landscape resources, it is known as "the richest feng shui treasure in Guangye". At that time, Pinghu Gong Grain was the largest granary in the mountains in the mountains, and there were thousands of public grains stored.
