The service company arranges the staff to seamlessly connect the inspection and control of the three classes, hire civilized persuasion waiters, and carry out civilized persuasion service activities such as urban civilization creation, stopping flow stalls and store operations in accordance with the requirements of the city's capacity management standards and the requirements of law enforcement departments.

This flexible service and civilized persuasion are recognized and accepted by citizens, and urban management work is good.

After more than a month of exploration, the service pilot staff has really entered the city management, which not only solves the problems that could not be available in the past urban management, but also alleviate contradictions and conflicts.

The first batch of pilot areas such as Xinxing Street, Shima Road, Bohai Road, Plaza Street and other scope have improved significantly. Compared with the same period last year, the complaint rate decreased by about 22.1%, and the satisfaction of the masses increased significantly. The street area is clean and tidy, and the citizens are refreshing.

According to the plan, this management model will continue to promote this year.
