The 560kW and below non -road mobile machines and the diesel engines they are used must meet the fourth stage emission requirements.

It is understood that in 2014, the former Ministry of Environmental Protection and the former State of the National Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine jointly released the "Emissions and Measurement Methods of Anti -Road Mobile Machinery Diesel Machines (China Third and Fourth Stages)" (GB 20891 "(GB 20891) -2014), the third phase standard is required to be implemented on October 1, 2015. The fourth stage standard only specifies the emission limit and measurement method, and the implementation time is not stipulated. At present, the third stage has been implemented for nearly 7 years, and the standard conditions for non -road mobile machinery emission in the fourth stage have matured.

According to Dai Ximing, a second -level investigator of the Ministry of Ecological Environment of the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, the fourth stage of emission standards pay more attention to the actual emissions of the whole machine. In terms of the level of discharge control and technical requirements, it is basically equivalent to the demand of diesel vehicle countries. In addition, pay more attention to effective supervision. In order to ensure that the discharge control system has always played normally during the actual use process, and the user is prevented from maliciously dismantling the pollution control device during the use process. The requirements for discharge monitoring and sending emissions and positioning related data to the regulatory platform to completely solve the problem of black smoke.
