Units and individuals who breed animals shall fulfill the compulsory immunization obligations of animal epidemic diseases, implement immune vaccination on animals in accordance with the mandatory immune plan and technical specifications, and establish immune archives in accordance with relevant national regulations and apply livestock and poultry logos to ensure traceability.

For those who meet the requirements of the state and the autonomous region, units and individuals who breed animals shall purchase vaccines that meet the national quality standards, and carry out forced immunization to vaccinate themselves; if they meet the requirements of the state and the relevant regulations of the state and the autonomous region, they will be given subsidies.
