Observed staff first walked into some hotels and saw that these hotels were equipped with specialized kitchen trash cans, and recorded the receiving accounts in detail every day. The enterprises responsible for the collection and transportation are uniformly collected and disposed of to ensure that their kitchen garbage is cleared on daily production. The transport staff pushed the kitchen waste bin to the special "kitchen waste transport vehicle" to the operation button, and automatically dumped the garbage in the barrel into the transport vehicle. The transport vehicle is equipped with a closed box to prevent the garbage missed during transportation and exuding odor outward.

It is reported that the Municipal Urban Management Bureau has conducted a carpet investigation of the actual collection and transportation of the urban areas, classified and summarized and improved the formation of accounts. As of now, there are 2,531 catering service providers in the bankn area. Among them, 2313 have signed a receiving agreement to achieve the "green disposal" of kitchen waste.

Subsequently, the observation team came to the location of the resource utilization and harmless disposal project in Jiaozuo City in Xiuwu County to enter the workshop and check the operation and treatment of kitchen waste on the spot.

The project covers an area of ​​33333.5 square meters. It was jointly accepted by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, and the Municipal Urban Management Bureau. It officially entered the operating period on September 18, 2021. Pass the national fifth batch of national kitchen pilot cities on October 19, 2021.

The person in charge of the project introduced that the project adopts the main process route of "pre -treatment+anaerobic fermentation", with supporting process facilities such as supporting biogas use, solid fluid separation, sewage treatment, and odor treatment. , Organic fertilizer, realize the concept of reduction, resource and harmless treatment of kitchen waste.
