7. Certify illegal charges through vocational qualifications;

8. Compulsory or induced various charging activities such as conferences, training, exhibitions, assessments, commendations, and inspection abroad;

9. Forced market entities to provide sponsorship, donation, or order related products or publications;

10. Recognize management fees and sponsorship fees in disguise in the name of setting up branches and representative agencies;

12. The standard fee standard is not formulated or modified in accordance with the prescribed procedures;
