Shiquan County: Improve the nutrition of the elderly and promote the health of the elderly

In order to implement the relevant requirements of the "Action of Healthy China (2019-2030)" and "Guiding Opinions on Establishing and Improved the Health Service System of the Elderly", actively respond to the theme of "Improve the Nutrition of the Elderly and Promote the Elderly Health" of the Elderly Health Propaganda Week in 2022. County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital specially invited Jiangsu Province Surgery, Orthopedic Injury Experts, Department of Brain Diseases, and Medical Doctors of the Hospital to organize an elderly healthy free clinic.

At the free clinic site, experts were asked to conduct basic examinations for each elderly crowd by asking the body's appearance, past medical history, and on -site palpation. Orthopedics experts listened to the patient's real feelings, conducted on -site diagnosis for people with problems with lumbar spine, and provided diagnosis and treatment opinions. ; Internal medicine doctors help children check the mouth and propose solutions for discomfort; nursing staff concentrate on measuring blood pressure and blood sugar for the masses.

This activity measured more than 50 people with blood pressure, more than 50 blood sugar, more than 10 outpatient prescriptions, and distributed more than 10 copies of elderly health knowledge publicity manuals, and more than 50 publicity materials (washing supplies). Through this activity, the awareness of health prevention prevention of elderly diseases is conducive to improving the health level of the elderly.
