In order to implement the requirements of the "decentralization service" reform and optimize the business environment, on August 1, the Anhui Provincial Department of Natural Resources issued the "Notice on the Relevant Work on the Investigation and Evaluation of Important Mineral Resources Survey and Evaluation of Municipal and County -level specific areas" (hereinafter referred to as "hereinafter referred to as" Notice "), it is required to complete the investigation and evaluation of important mineral resources in specific regions of Anhui Province before the end of the year.

The "Notice" pointed out that specific areas refer to various parks and new districts, etc., which are approved by the municipal and county -level people's governments in accordance with the law. Important mineral resources refer to mineral species that are responsible for registration and management by the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Anhui Provincial Department of Natural Resources. The survey and evaluation of important mineral resource surveys in specific regions is carried out by specific regional management institutions or commissioned technology units. Management agencies understand the distribution of mineral resources and mining rights settings within a specific area, and determine the next working method and procedures based on the query results.

The "Notice" requires that after inquiry, there are no important mineral resources within the scope of the investigation of a specific area (including the written verification opinions issued by the competent authority of the natural resource at or above the county level, it is clear Those who have mining value) will no longer carry out regional evaluation. If important mineral resources are found within the scope of specific regional surveys, the investigation and evaluation report of the important mineral resource area should be prepared as required and submitted to the Anhui Mineral Resources Reserve Reserve Review Center for review. After approval by the pressure overwriting determined by the review, it is determined to be "not overwritten", "accurate pressure covering" or "non -crushing" areas. If the investigation and evaluation only overwhelm non -important mineral resources, the local and municipal -level natural resources competent department is responsible for reviewing the filing and approval.

The "Notice" clearly states that the appraisal results documents of specific areas can be used as the application materials for the application of single projects in the region, and the evaluation requirements are no longer put forward by the market entities in the region. The specific areas that are planned to be newly established or intended to be adjusted shall complete the survey and evaluation of important mineral resources before approval.
