Zhang Zhenhua, a second -level investigator of the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Yue Yuliang, the leader of the Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission's Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and member of the Development Zone Party Working Committee and deputy director of the management committee, accompanied by Li Hong. The supervision team has successively came to the semiconductor industrial park Enterprise Enterprise 38th Integrated Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Xinzhou Zhongke Crystal Telecommunications Materials Co., Ltd. to conduct special supervision and inspection of projects supported by technical reform funds.

The supervision team went deep into the project site, learned about the progress of the project in detail, through in -depth production of the front line, observing the product exhibition hall, listening to the report of the person in charge of the enterprise, and asking for on -site inquiries to understand the use of the company's production and operation and the use of technical reform funds. And the project completion (termination) evaluation report is carefully examined.
