The other party claims to be a well -known hospital doctor in Beijing and claims to have developed a "magic medicine". For the elderly's hypertension, hyperlipidemia, rheumatism, and cerebrovascular diseases, they can achieve "medicine to disease". Under the advocacy of the other party, Yin spent nearly 50,000 yuan to buy the health product through the way of paying to pay.

In June 2019, Yin received a call from the other side again, saying that the hospital needed to take the medicine to propagate in order to promote these new drugs. Each publicity was given to 80,000 yuan in cash. But there is a premise that people participating in propaganda need to apply for a health certificate. Yin was remitted with the other party's request and was deceived by more than 40,000 yuan. It wasn't until mid -July 2021 that when Yin called the "famous doctor" to ask the propaganda, he found that the other party had lost contact, and his 90,000 yuan pension was cheated.

After receiving Yin's alarm in July 2021, after more than a year of investigation, the Yuechi County Public Security Bureau figured out the organizational structure of the gang and mastered the main criminal facts of the gang. Successfully killed the criminal gangs headed by Fang Mou and Li, and arrested 12 suspects.

At present, 10 criminal suspects such as Fang and Li have been taken criminal measures, two were punished by administrative penalties, and the case was still under investigation.
