As far as ancient bacteria are concerned, it is closer to the relationship between the nuclear creatures and bacteria. However, the evolution of ancient bacteria is slower than bacteria and genuine eukaryotes, which may be to maintain a stable expression of special phenotype genes in extreme environments. Therefore, the ancient bacteria are considered the earliest form of life on the earth and valued by researchers in various fields.

So, what is the distribution of ancient bacteria in nature?

Studies have shown that with the increase of water compactization and salt concentration, the agglomerate group will show certain changes. For freshwater, the distribution and diversity of microorganisms are jointly determined by environmental factors and spatial factors. However, the low -concentration salt environment and high concentration salt environment are more special, and the structure and diversity of its ancient fungus may not be the same as that of freshwater. Moreover, the mineralization of saltwater lake and salt lake is very different. It is of great significance to study the community structure and diversity of its special resource ancient bacteria.

Experts from Yuncheng College said that, as the most important difference between saltwater lake and salt pond, mineralization is the most important factor affecting the diversity of the aura of saltwater lakes and salt ponds. Mineralization is significant to the diversity of ancient bacteria. The higher the mineralization, the lower the diversity of ancient bacteria. In Danshui Lake, the middle spring antibacterial population and the production of methane Guanggu bacteria occupy an advantage; in the saltwater lake, in addition to Zhongquan antisococcus groups and methane category, there are also some extensive saline -alkali -alkali -oriented broad Ancient fungus group; and evolving to Yancheng salt pond, the absolute advantage of the Guanggu bacteria gate groups, and basically the salt -loving or extreme salt -loving group in the salt bacteria family.

According to reports, in the salt pond in Yuncheng, Halonotius is its biggest advantageous bacteria, with a relative abundance of nearly 50%; salt and red bacteria are followed by about 20%-30%. resemblance. Furthermore is the genus of salt -alkaline monocyloma, Halobellus, and salt box bacteria. The relative abundance in the salt pond is not more than 6%, and the genetic distance of these three genus is closer and similar.

It is undeniable that there is a huge number of microbial groups in the salt pond in Yuncheng, which is a long -term and arduous task to clarify their condition.

At present, we have not yet mastered the dynamic changes of the current status of salt pond, such as the changes and advantages of salt pond microbes in different seasons, and this part of work needs to continue to increase investment.
