Last year, Xu Fangcheng intends to develop new projects in the mop factory and process sorghum brooms. Relying on the vast land resources of Qingshui County, he prepared to plant sorghum processing brooms, established a professional cooperative of Longjian Grain farmers in Qingshui County. seed.

"Last year, a new variety of yellow sorghum flags was introduced from Cuba's Zuoqi Banner in Inner Mongolia, breeding 700 acres. This year, 4,700 acres of yellow sorghum in the four towns of Red Fort, Guochuan, Tumen, and Songshu were used for processing sorghum brooms. The technicians do technical training for our locals. In order to make a sorghum broom and continuously developed a broom technology, Xu Fangcheng not only set up a machine, but also hired two handicrafts from the Northeast. In just one year, more than 20 workers were trained, and the brooms were selling well to Xinjiang, Tibet, Lanzhou, Xi'an, Yinchuan and other places, bringing more opportunities for income increases to Ni Xucun at home and the elderly. County brooms and derivative agricultural planting industries have brought new development opportunities.

Xu Fangcheng said, "The introduction of sorghum brooms has developed characteristic agricultural products, so that crops will become commodities and sell them all over the country. In the future, it will accelerate the characteristic sorghum industry, continuously expand the channels for farmers' income, and add vitality to the revitalization of the countryside."

Over the past few years, Xu Fangcheng has employed more than 50 people in the village and surrounding people in his own company, with a per capita income of 3,000 yuan, which has achieved employment income at the doorstep, successfully helping the villagers to stabilize poverty alleviation and continue to increase their income. In February 2020, Xu Fangcheng was rated as "Return to Entrepreneurship Star" by the Qingshui County Party Committee and Qingshui County People's Government.
