In order to effectively alleviate the traffic pressure in the urban area, ensure the safety of the masses, and ensure the smooth flow of roads, in accordance with the laws and regulations such as the "Measures for the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety Law" and "Hebei Province Implementation of the" Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China ", it is decided to decide from 2022 Starting from August 15th, measures for small motor vehicles within the urban area to take single and double number restrictions, cancel some road parking spaces such as road sections, and other measures. The specific measures will be announced as follows:

1. Small motor vehicles implement a single and double number limit line

(1) Restriction time: 7: 00-22: 00 (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

(2) Restriction principle: The single and double number of the motor vehicle tail number is limited (including temporary licenses, the tail number is the alphabet based on the last Arabic numeral), the single -day number is connected, and the dual -day dual number is through.

(3) Restriction area: East East of Yili Lan Yingbin Avenue, south of tourist roads, west of Chongwen Street, and all roads in the urban area north of Justice Road (excluding Yililan Yingbin Avenue, Chongwen Da Street, Travel Road) and tourist roads and roads) All roads within the east and west streets of the old town, north and south streets.
