China Civil Aviation Administration issued the "Interim Measures for the Aviation Safety Report Reward of Civil Aviation Safety Supervision Department"

In order to thoroughly implement the 15 hard measures for safety production, further strengthen the supervision of civil aviation production safety work, encourage reports of major accidents and illegal production safety in major accidents, timely discover and eliminate hidden dangers of major accidents, stop and punish illegal acts, and based on relevant laws. Regulations, the China Civil Aviation Administration recently issued the "Interim Measures for the Aviation Safety Report Reward of Civil Aviation Safety Supervision Department".

The "Interim Measures" clearly states that any unit, organization, or individual has the right to report major accidents and illegal production safety in civil aviation safety supervision departments, and have the right to report safety risk hidden dangers. The civil aviation safety regulatory authorities follow the principles of "legitimate reporting, appropriate rewards, territorial management, hierarchical responsibility" and "who accepts, who reward" to carry out safety report rewards.

The "Interim Measures" stipulates that if the hidden dangers and illegal production and operation of major accidents report, the reward amount is calculated at 15 % of the administrative penalty amount, with a minimum reward of 3,000 yuan and a maximum of not more than 300,000 yuan. If the reporting report of the employees of civil aviation production and operation directly avoids the occurrence of casualties or major property losses, it will be given special rewards in accordance with the relevant reward measures of the Civil Aviation Administration. Anyone who reports concealment and lie reports will be rewarded according to the final confirmation accident level and the number of concealed reports reported by the report. The maximum reward does not exceed 300,000 yuan.
