Jiuquan Subei: Hold the first "Fun Food · Fragrant Fragrance Grassland" famous food and famous kitchen shop selection activities in 2022

On the afternoon of August 12, the Propaganda Department of the County Party Committee, the Commercial Bureau, and the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau jointly organized the selection of famous kitchen shops in the first "Fun Food · Fragrant Fragrant Pramotrait" in Subei County in 2022. 18 catering companies throughout the county, 37 foods participated in the selection.

Each participating catering enterprise is based on the original auxiliary ingredients of Subei Real Estate, and carefully prepared exquisite dishes such as Xueyoushan lamb legs, grabbing mutton, pearl milk yam, multicolored fish balls, and original soup belly buns. In the end, Wubao steamed lamb chops, copper pot milk tea, shepherd boiled Qizhen, yogurt, grabbing mutton, Tude, pattern milk rolls, Xueyama lamb legs, health quinoa seafood lion head, colorful fish balls were selected as "Subei County Famous cuisine" ; Guangbu Cao, Dong Chenglin, Zhang Fang, Liang Yanlong, and Xie Tiancheng won the "title of famous chefs in Subei County"; Hasmond meals, Subei County Tianjiao Hotel, and Zhang Fang Halal Restaurant won the title of "Subei County Famous Store".

Xia Xing, Zhang Jiping, and Jin Fenghai attended the event and issued certificates and bonuses to famous chefs.
