The Bailong River Diversion Project is a large -scale cross -basin water resource allocation project from Tianshui, Pingliang, Qingyang and Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province from the upper reaches of the Bai Longjiang Province in the Jialing River. "Comprehensive Plan for the Yellow River Basin" has been included in the 150 major water conservancy projects that have been promoted by the country in the past three years. The level of engineering design is 2040 years, with an average design of many years of water adjustment of 774 million cubic meters, and the total benefit of the total population is about 9.55 million.

After the completion of the Bailong River Diversion Project, it can effectively alleviate the resources, water quality, and engineering water shortage of eastern Gansu and northwestern Yan'an, Shaanxi Province.
