Huang Wei, male, Han nationality, born in May 1969, Zigong from Sichuan, a postgraduate degree in the Provincial Party School. He joined the work in May 1990 and joined the Communist Party of China in August 2001.

From May 1990 to September 1999, he worked in the Urban Environment Bureau and Environmental Protection Bureau of the Beach District of Zigong;

From September 1999 to March 2005, he served as assistant and deputy mayor of Xinglong Town, along Beach District, Zigong City;

From March 2005 to December 2007, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chief of the Party Committee of Huangshi Town, along Zigong City;
