Zhejiang first discovered the Dehua ridge snake

In the field survey of the integrated protection and restoration project of the Lishan, Fulin Lakes and Sands in Lishu River, the source area of Lishui Ecological and Environment Bureau, investigators discovered the new record of amphibious reptiles in Zhejiang Province -Dehua Rich Snake.

In the fall of 2021, the amphibious reptile survey team of the Nanjing Institute of Environmental Sciences of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment had found a gray snake during a field investigation in Lishui Longquan City.In the spring of 2022, the villagers near Xiayu Village, Longquan accidentally picked up a pale yellow snake. After comparing the samples of the two spine snakes, they were finally determined that they were moralized spine snakes.The spine snake is a type of non -toxic small snake. I like to eat small vertebrates such as earthworms on cool nights or rainy days. It is difficult to see daily life.
