Surabaya County Education and Sports Bureau -fitness preaching into the community to create a good atmosphere for fitness

In order to further promote the development of the national fitness cause in Surabaya County, popularize the knowledge of national fitness science, actively cultivate the people's healthy lifestyle and the new fashion of scientific fitness, and continuously strengthen the national fitness volunteer service and scientific fitness guidance. The training class of preaching and third -level social sports instructor was successfully held in Shengyuan Lake community in Surabaya. The event invited Professor Xie Yifei, a graduate instructor of the School of Physical Sciences of Qufu Normal University to conduct a special lecture. Nearly a hundred fitness guidance and enthusiasts from various enterprises and institutions and fitness sites from Surabaya County participated in the training.

During the training process, the understanding professor demonstrated the actions of the aerobic exercise and chronic disease prevention and self -made finger exercise through in -depth explanations and outline collar.
