It is reported that in this transaction, the Ziyang Water Affairs Bureau promptly researched and introduced the "Measures for the Management of Water Rights Trading (Trial)" of Ziyang City, and guided Ziyang City Water Affairs Gas Limited Liability Company Eagle Reservoir 2 million cubic meters of surface water transactions.
