The court found that in 1991, the plaintiff Wu (pseudonym) and the defendant Liu (pseudonym) registered to marry. The two parties agreed to divorce in September 2000. The divorce agreement stipulates that "no husband and wife's common property, joint debt without husband and wife, and no other matters." In December 2021, the house was collected, and the cost of house demolition was nearly 400,000 yuan. Because the two parties have failed the distribution negotiation of demolition funds, Wu said to the court to confirm the property equity share of the house involved in the house.

During the trial of the case, the judge believed that the house involved was purchased by Wu and Liu during the marriage period. It was registered in the name of both parties.
