At the beginning of 2016, Sheng Weinan, who returned to his hometown, recruited a group of outdoor enthusiasts and initiated the establishment of the first civil rescue team in Yiyang City -Yiyang Lantian Rescue Team. At present, there are 53 developers.

For more than 6 years, this rescue team has experienced exercise in the front line of flood prevention and anti -epidemic and mountain rescue. Their professional equipment is more complete, with modern equipment such as earthquake rescue, underwater robots, thermal imaging instruments, and mountain rescue. The rescue experience is more abundant and won the good reputation of the local people.

Although he has experienced different rescue scenarios, what has been unchanged for more than 6 years is the high standard entry threshold formulated by Sheng Weinan-

Signing trainees need to adhere to the training for half a year and two weeks. The training duration and service period reaches 80 hours. The relevant qualification certificates can be obtained in order to apply for the preparatory team. In 200 hours, maintaining a "high duty rate", etc., you can apply to become a formal player.

As the captain, Sheng Weinan believes that these strict requirements are to ensure that the team can draw at any time, have motivation, and enthusiasm, and it is also responsible for the safety of the people.

In July last year, Henan suddenly dropped heavy rain and severely flooded disasters. Sheng Weinan posted information in the group, and the team members registered one by one, very positive.

Soon, Sheng Wei man took 8 players, 2 rushing front boats and a week of living supplies. While participating in rescue and rescue in Henan, they helped to transfer 1520 people in total and arranged to transport the assistance supplies raised by the Yiyang Civil Affairs Bureau.

The team member Xiao Siyu introduced that they are mainly responsible for transferring trapped people, building tents, and management warehouses, and they are almost busy every morning. After finishing work, Sheng Weinan will also pay attention to the physical condition of each player and worry about the transportation of the material. There is almost no rest in a week.

"The more urgent and difficult tasks, the more we have to take responsibility and rush forward." Sheng Weinan said, "Every time we have a task, we have a sense of mission and responsibility."

From January to July this year, the Blue Sky Rescue Team of Yiyang City carried out social volunteer services such as rescue, drowning safety training, and anti-epidemic prevention and killing. After the major disaster rescue, Sheng Weinan will also arrange a psychological counseling course for the players to ease the psychological pressure generated during the rescue process.

In a temporary warehouse of the Blue Sky Rescue Team in Yiyang City, there are hundreds of flags sent by hundreds of people. In Sheng Weinan's view, this is not only the masses' recognition of them, but also the spur and encouragement of their sense of responsibility and combat effectiveness.
