On March 19, 2019, the 22 -year -old Suzhou firefighter Liu Lei jumped to the river to rescue the light -born woman, and was eventually sacrificed by the rapids.The National Department of Emergency Management approved Liu Lei as a martyr and recovered the first merit.In order to revive, Liu Lei's parents decided to regenerate a child.After four failures, embryo transplantation finally succeeded.They are named "Liu Yangguang" and "Liu Mingmei", hoping that the twins can bring their brother Liu Lei's courage and kindness and grow up healthy.
