Zhang Zhenyong, chairman of Shanxi Zhenbang Hongye Development and Construction Co., Ltd., who is responsible for the construction and operation of the Zuoquan latex industry base, introduced that at present, the project establishment, environmental impact assessment, construction drawing design, geological survey, and construction details are completed. The six workshops have started. It is expected to be completed at the end of November. There are 6 production lines in the three platforms of the three platforms with construction conditions. In the next step, the power station, steam, rain and stains, and drainage pipe networks are expected to be completed at the end of November.

Shi Zhiqiang, the manager of the Zuoquan latex industry base project, introduced that the construction of the park is divided into phase and second phase. After all, it will drive more than 10,000 employment. At the same time, the base is exploring a new model of rural collective economic cooperation with 29 poor villages with Zuoquan. After the agreement is signed, it will provide it with channels for technology research and development, production management, and technology sales to ensure logistics service guarantee.

The total investment is 3.65 billion yuan, and the annual output value exceeds 3.2 billion yuan.
