Russia said in a statement that according to the technical documents of Siemens in Germany, technical maintenance needs to be performed every 1,000 hours. From August 31st to September 2nd, the only compressor that is still running will be stopped for three days for technical maintenance and preventive maintenance, and the "Beixi-1" natural gas pipeline will stop gas supply during this period.

The statement said that Russia will jointly conduct comprehensive regular maintenance in accordance with the current technical service contract and Siemens. After the maintenance work is completed, in the absence of a technical failure, the daily gas supply of the "Beixi-1" natural gas pipeline will return to 33 million cubic meters.

In mid-June this year, Russia's gas supply will be reduced to Germany's natural gas supply through the "Beixi-1" natural gas pipeline on the grounds that Siemens did not repay Russia. 67 million cubic meters.
