On September 26, 1989, the opening ceremony of the Qufu International Confucius Cultural Festival in China was held in front of the Dacheng Temple of the Confucian Temple in Qufu.After approval, the "Confucius Birthday Tour" has been officially renamed the "Qufu International Confucius Cultural Festival" since 1989. It has been held for many years.
Commemorating the 2540th anniversary of Confucius' birthday, the Qufu International Confucius Cultural Festival was held in the Confucian Temple.
