Chen Jinru is appointed as the vice president of Jiangsu Second Normal University;

Pan Jinquan is appointed as the vice president of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, eliminating the position of president of Yangzhou Vocational University;

Hu Aixiang was appointed as the vice president of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, and the probation period was one year;

Wang Weidong was appointed as the vice president of Nantong University. The probation period was one year;
