It is reported that in order to facilitate the timely understanding of the conference schedule and latest information with the party representatives and staff, the "conference service system" created by the Provincial Government Services and Digital Construction Administration has officially operated on the "Jiwu Office" applet. The "conference service system" is divided into small program and background management. The applet includes eight functional modules such as conference schedule, meeting notice, daily news, epidemic prevention and control, representative style, land service, representative interaction, and precautions. The background management side includes nine functional modules such as representative style management, staff management, conference room management, conference daily management, residential service management, daily news management, epidemic prevention and control management, message push management, and system settings.

Song Gang, director of the Provincial Government Service and Digital Construction Administration, introduced that the "conference service system" made full use of the "digital Jilin" construction results, relying on the unified identity authentication capabilities, message service capabilities, and data sharing exchange capabilities of the "Jilin Xiangyun" big data platform.
