Ye Chuanhong pointed out that since the launch of the "Hundred Days of Action", the branch bureau has punched various types of illegal crimes, resolved hidden safety hazards, and comprehensively purified the social environment. He had made a momentum, deterred of crimes, won the hearts of the people, and achieved staged results. At the same time, we must soberly understand the problems and shortcomings in the process of promoting the "Hundred Days of Action", adhere to the problem -oriented, targeted accurate efforts, and focus on solving problems and make up for shortcomings. Deepen all kinds of special actions, "steadily, accurate, and fierce" strike to highlight illegal crimes, in order to open the road, to promote prevention, and to overtake the police situation and control the case. We must continue to strengthen street patrol prevention and control, improve the alarm on the street, so that the people can see the police everywhere and feel the safety.

Ye Chuanhong emphasized that the safety of the campus is related to thousands of households. It is necessary to effectively enhance the sense of urgency and responsibility of the construction of campus security. The first is to improve political standing. Clarify work responsibilities, ensure time nodes, and complete construction tasks in strict accordance with the standards; the second is to strengthen the internal management of campus safety. Further establish a leadership of campus safety work, improve the safety management system and emergency response mechanism, and effectively use security facilities in accordance with the requirements process to maximize the role and protect the safety of teachers and students in schools. Third, we must cooperate closely.
