On the 24th, the reporter learned from the China State Forestry and Grassland Bureau (State Forestry and Cao Bureau) that in order to strengthen the prevention of mountain fires, on the 22nd, the Office of the State Forestry Administration's Forestry System Leading Group Office issued an emergency notice to further strengthen the forest under extreme high temperature weather. Prairie fire prevention work requires the strictest fire ban in various places.

The notice pointed out that recently, due to continuous high temperature, drought and other extreme climate, mountain fires occurred in succession in Chongqing, Sichuan and other places, and there was a concentrated eruption situation. The State Forestry Bureau attaches great importance to it and requires forests at all levels to do a good job of forest fire prevention in the region, and scientifically and effective response to high -risk fires.

The notice proposes three measures:

First, we must strictly manage the use of fire in the wild, and resolutely curb people to live. Lin Chang at all levels must take the initiative to take the initiative and perform their duties, and issue the most stringent fire ban to highlight the prevention and control of "human fire". For key areas and the intersection of the mountains, set up Guanli Card, and strike forward; take targeted control measures for sacrifice, production, and agricultural fire.

Second, we must immediately carry out investigation and rectification of hidden dangers of fire risk, focusing on high -risk points and enterprises such as transmission and distribution lines and forest production operators, strengthen supervision and inspection, and ensure that various fire prevention and control measures are in place. Forest grass operations at all levels should increase the frequency and density of mountains and forests, and timely discover and eliminate fire hazards.

Third, it is necessary to strictly implement the system of fire prevention duty duty. Forest fire prevention departments at all levels must strictly implement the 24 -hour duty and leadership class system, and reasonably arrange duty personnel, so that there will be fire reports, timely scheduling, and reporting quickly.
