Do you know that the purine content in food is probably regular to follow. Master the rules of the purine content of food, reasonably avoid high purine foods, can reduce the formation of uric acid in the body, delay the process of hyperuricemia Other systematic metabolic diseases.

Early hyperuricemia may not be asymptomatic

But lurking for ten years

Purine in the human body mainly comes from food intake, body generation, and nucleic acid decomposition. Among them, the level of purine content from food intake is its main factor. As the end metabolic product of human purine metabolism, uric acid is inevitable to increase uric acid when the purine metabolism is abnormal or uric acid discharge in the human body.

Early hyperuricemia may not be asymptomatic. It is clinically manifested in the rise of hemoglobin. It is mostly found in the physical examination. It can last for 10 years or even longer.

From extremely low to extremely high purine food

What are the representative foods

According to the level of purine content, foods can be divided into extremely low purine foods, low purine foods, medium purine foods, high purine foods, and extremely high purine foods.

Among them, most foods have a purine content of <50mg/100g. Such foods such as eggs, milk and dairy products are extremely low purine foods;

When the purine content in food reaches 50-100mg/100g, such foods such as bacteria and part of processing meat are low purine foods;

When the purine content in food reaches 100-200mg/100g, such foods such as dried beans, unpaid meats, mostly processed meat, and most of the fish products are Chinese purine foods;

When the purine content in food reaches 200-300mg/100g, such foods such as beef liver and pork liver belong to high purine foods;

When the purine content in food is higher than 300mg/100g, such foods are animal -based foods represented by animal organs, such as chicken liver and some seafood, which are extremely high purine foods.

Purine content according to different foods

Generally there are three rules

1. The purine content of animal foods is higher than plant food

Purine content of plant -based foods is significantly lower than animal foods. Purine foods with high purine content are mainly dried beans, mushrooms and beer.

2. Low internal organs and water content are higher than other foods than other foods

The purine content of internal organs is significantly higher than other foods. The purine of the internal organs (such as the liver) and the low water content (such as grilled shrimp and fish) is significantly higher than other foods. Pork liver has the highest purine content in animal foods, and has the highest purine content in poultry internal organs.

3. Seafood foods have higher purine content than meat and meat products

The purine content of seafood foods is higher than that of meat and meat products, while shellfish and shrimp foods are significantly higher than fish and crab foods.

Through the above rules, the diet structure should be adjusted to reduce the intake of high purine foods (such as animal organs, seafood, etc.). At the same time, pay attention to drinking plenty of water, daily drinking water> 2000ml, and discharge excess uric acid in the body through sufficient urine volume.
