In recent years, Wenshui County has tried it first, and promoted the improvement of rural black and odorous water bodies, encouraged social capital to participate in pollution rectification, and continued to make up for shortcomings, strong weaknesses, and preventing black and back odors. For the 70 black and odorous water bodies regulated by the state, 7 have been completed since 2020, and the rectification of 20 black and odorous water bodies will be completed by the end of this year.

The research team requires to strengthen the supervision mechanism of rural sewage operation, explore low -cost, high -effective construction and operation and maintenance models of black and odorous water bodies in rural areas, summarize experience in time, and promote extensively. Fully touches the total amount, proportion and pollution of rural domestic sewage, analyze the ecological capacity of the water environment, sort out the current status of treatment facilities, and increase the rectification efforts in combination with the actual situation.
